Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of www.showsus.com and purchases from Showsus ("Showsus," "we," "us" or "our"). By browsing or ordering, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable in your location. Product-specific terms shown before checkout also apply.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to contract. Age, parental-consent and restricted-product rules are the eligibility rules stated at checkout and in applicable law. Keep credentials secure and report unauthorized use to hello@showsus.com. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse or legal reasons.
3. Product information
We aim to keep descriptions, colors, dimensions, images, inventory and prices accurate. Screen settings and normal product variation may cause minor differences. We may limit quantities or refuse an order for inventory, pricing, fraud, legal or shipping reasons, and will refund any captured amount for an order we cancel.
4. Prices, tax and order formation
Checkout shows currency, discounts, shipping charges, sales tax and the total before submission. For destinations where import duties, brokerage fees or similar charges may apply, those amounts may be imposed separately by customs authorities or carriers as described in the Shipping Policy and checkout disclosures.
Your submission is an offer; acceptance occurs when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise. A receipt or acknowledgment alone may not be acceptance. Obvious errors may be corrected with notice and a cancellation or refund option where appropriate.
5. Payment, cancellation and returns
Payment must be successfully authorized using a payment method actually made available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.
Cancellations, returns, defects, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives a non-waivable consumer remedy.
6. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, software, photographs and trademarks used on the site belong to Showsus or the applicable licensors or rights holders. You may use the site for personal, lawful shopping only. Copying, scraping, resale, reverse engineering or commercial use requires authorization where required by law.
7. User content and acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious or confidential content. If a site feature allows you to submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive license limited to hosting, displaying and operating that content as reasonably necessary for the service. Report infringement or abuse to hello@showsus.com.
8. Third-party services
Payment, delivery, social, analytics and other third-party services may have separate terms and privacy notices when used. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service, but this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated, the site and content are provided to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a right that law prohibits excluding. Subject to those limits, any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted in the customer's jurisdiction and does not exclude non-waivable rights.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. This clause does not apply where prohibited or limited by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and forum are determined by the mandatory consumer, jurisdiction and conflict-of-law rules that apply to the transaction and the customer. Any arbitration, jury-trial waiver, class-action waiver or special dispute procedure applies only if separately and lawfully presented and enforceable. Nothing prevents a non-waivable agency, chargeback or consumer remedy.
12. Changes and notices
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new version. The version applicable to an existing order remains applicable unless you agree otherwise or law requires a different result. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to the extent permitted by law. Notices and electronic records are handled through the contact methods and policies made available on this storefront.

14. Promotions and shipping offers
Showsus currently offers free shipping for destinations and orders made available for purchase through our checkout, as described in the Shipping Policy.
If we separately offer a promotional code, discount, credit or other promotion, its conditions will be displayed with the offer, including any applicable dates, eligible products or quantity restrictions. We may correct an obvious promotion error and will not require a customer to pay a price that was unlawfully advertised.
15. Availability and maintenance
We may change, suspend or maintain the website, catalog, checkout or account features. A temporary outage does not cancel an accepted order or remove a refund or warranty remedy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or that every product will remain available.
16. Notices and electronic records
We may send order, safety, service and legal notices by email, account message or a notice on the website where appropriate. You are responsible for keeping contact details current and checking spam or filtered folders. Electronic records and click acceptance may be used to evidence a transaction where permitted by law.
17. No waiver and survival
A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. Terms that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, dispute provisions, disclaimers and recordkeeping, survive account closure or order completion to the extent enforceable.
